At Horizon Flash Memory, we pride ourselves on customer service. The information below is not simply our policies but your rights as a consumer. For further information please see our FAQ section.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order at any time and receive a FULL refund prior to your order being dispatched .

Please check the Order Status Page, if your order is marked as 'Shipped', then unfortunately you won't be able to cancel your order.

However you can return it for a refund, see below for information on returning your order.


Returns

As per the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven days from receipt of your order in which to return it, unused. You can return the item for any reason whatsoever and you are entitled to a full refund, minus the cost of carriage.

You MUST email Horizon Flash Memory stating your intention to return the order BEFORE you send it back.

Horizon Flash Memory reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been opened and used or if more than seven days have elapsed since the order was received.

If you receive an incorrect item please contact us immediately for information on how to return it. Once you have returned the item to us we will then refund your carriage costs and send out the correct item or refund you.

Faults

If, upon receipt of your order, you discover it to be DOA (Dead On Arrival) please contact Horizon Flash Memory to receive details on how to return the item to us. You will have the option of either a replacement or a full refund, including carriage costs.

If your item develops a fault within the first year you should contact Horizon Flash Memory for information on returning the item, again you will have the option of a replacement or a refund.

All our Crucial branded products have a lifetime warranty, so even if the product develops a fault outside of the first year, you can contact us for a repair/replacement or you can contact Crucial directly. If you do decide to contact Crucial directly, please let us know if you have any problems.


Refunds

Where possible refunds will be issued immediately, but may take 3-5 working days to appear in your bank account. If you are already in receipt of the goods, no refunds can be issued until the goods have been returned to Horizon Flash Memory.

If an item is out of stock or not available we will inform you as soon as possible, you will then have a choice of either waiting until the product is in stock or having a FULL refund.

If a refund is requested due to a fault it will be processed as swiftly as possible, but may require a product being returned to the manufacturer for testing. However Horizon Flash Memory will endeavour to ensure that all refunds are processed within four weeks.
